During weekly sessions, trained YMCA professionals in nutrition and health will guide you and fellow participants through a curriculum of easy-to-maintain steps to creating healthier habits.

- Sustaining your progress and more
- Access to expert advice from fitness staff and the nutrition team
The program is intentionally small in size – 10 to 12 – so that the group approaches each session with a positive attitude, encourages one another to stay focused and motivates all to stay confident in achieving better health.
