In the YMCA's Power Your Potential program, find the camaraderie and team spirit to challenge you.

This 12-week group training experience is for people who want the social support to stay motivated and accountable in attaining their fitness goals.

Weekly sessions include:

  • One hour with a personal trainer & your group for a mix of functional movement in HIIT, cardio etc.
  • Focused support on building endurance, increasing strength and more
  • Expertise from the YMCA's registered dietitian and/or nutrition specialists

The small group program of 6 to 12 individuals is deliberate. You can expect your group to share goals and regularly check in with each other so that all are collectively unlocking their strength, power and potential.
