Lose To Win - YMCA’s Weight Loss Program is designed to help people find their healthy weight through SMART goal setting, skill building and group support. During 12 weekly sessions, participants will discuss session topics related to healthy weight, set personal goals, discuss success and challenges and receive encouragement and tips from their group and trained Coach. Session topics include nutrition, mindfulness, being active, strategies for successful goal setting and much more!

- Mindfulness, stress and sleep
- Sustaining your progress
- Access to expert advice from fitness staff and the nutrition team
The program is intentionally small in size – 10 to 12 – so that the group approaches each session with a positive attitude, encourages one another to stay focused and motivates all to stay confident in achieving better health.
