Diabetes Prevention Program
The YMCA’s Diabetes Prevention Program helps you get healthy to prevent type 2 diabetes
Work one-on-one with a certified YMCA health coach in virtual or in-person sessions to set goals and make a plan to improve your own wellness.
In this 30-minute, one-on-one session, you’ll learn your way around the YMCA, get oriented, and hear about YMCA programs and services.
Kickstart Your Confidence
During weekly sessions, trained YMCA professionals in nutrition and health will guide you and fellow participants through a curriculum of easy-to-maintain steps to creating healthier habits
LIVESTRONG at the YMCA is a free, 12-week program that helps cancer survivors improve health
Experience the benefits of massage at the Denver YMCA. Reduce pain, muscle soreness and tension. Improve circulation, energy, alertness and immune function.
