Personal Training Session Policies and Cancellations

Personal training sessions are valid for 6 months from purchase date. Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Per our Code of Conduct program cancellation and refund policy, 24 hours’ notice is required for all appointment cancellations. Sessions that are cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be deducted from the client’s account.
