YMCA Volleyball League
Learn the fundamentals of serving, bumping, and setting in a fun atmosphere. Volleyball promotes sportsmanship and teamwork as well as individual development. Volleyball is a sport that has many health benefits which include strengthening the cardiovascular and respiratory systems as well as improving hand-eye coordination.
Locations: Arvada, Littleton and Southwest YMCAs
Divisions:
- 3 - 5 Grade Coed
- 6 - 8 Grade Coed
Program Details:
- 8 Weeks
- 1 Hour long practice per week
- Games played on Saturdays
- Games played typically at the YMCA you register at, sometimes when leagues combine with other leagues travel will occur.
- Teams are volunteer coach led, if you are interested, please reach out to your sports contact listed below.
Equipment Needed:
- Knee Pads
- Athletics Shorts/Pants
- Tennis Shoes
- Jerseys are NOT included in the registration cost.
