For over a decade, I have been a dedicated advocate for the Hispanic-Latino community, tirelessly working to expand access to health care and championing the importance of leading a healthy lifestyle in the United States. I hold a master's degree in Nutrition Education and Physical Activities from Clemson University in South Carolina. With a strong commitment to community well-being, I focus on demystifying scientific research, nutrition and physical activity for all.

I reside in the vibrant community of Superior, Colorado. I find joy in spending cherished moments with my son, Isaac, and my husband, Alfredo. A passionate fitness enthusiast, I teach a variety of classes at the Denver YMCA, including Zumba, Cycling, Yoga and nutrition education.

Liz Bravman

Liz Bravman is a Nutritionist based out of the Arvada - Duncan Y. Liz is a former pediatric nurse who went back to school to receive her Master's in Nutrition Education. She has worked in various community programs around Denver teaching low-income families how to eat healthy on a budget. Since Liz has three active children, she also specializes in helping busy individuals, families, and children learn how to keep wellness and lifelong nutrition habits a priority. Liz is also passionate about Mindful Eating and teaching others how to practice it in their daily lives.

Cami Woomer

Cami Woomer is a Nutritionist based out of the Aurora Y. She’s passionate about making nutrition fun and easy by meeting clients where they’re at and incorporating real-life factors when helping clients design and accomplish their nutrition goals. She has experience working with weight loss and diabetes prevention clients, and she understands that lifestyle changes are the key to success with both. In her free time, Cami enjoys doing anything outdoors and is constantly trying new things to continue to grow.

Alyssa Leib

Alyssa Leib is a Registered Dietitian based out of the Downtown Y and Southwest Y. Before becoming a Dietitian, Alyssa researched ways to reduce rates of chronic disease and improve food security. She has experience in sports nutrition, chronic disease management and prevention, and maternal and child nutrition, and is excited to help you reach your goals! Alyssa is bilingual in Spanish and believes that good nutrition should be accessible to everyone. When she isn’t talking about food, you can find Alyssa playing in the mountains with her border collie or reading a good book.
