We’re sorry to see you go!

Before you go, did you know:

  • You must be a member through one billing cycle before you can cancel your membership.
  • We require five days' notice of cancellations/changes to your account prior to your next bank draft day. Drafts are done on the first of each month.
  • If you are currently registered in a YMCA program - summer camp, swim, sports, etc. - your member discount will no longer apply, and you will be responsible for the difference between the member and non-member program rate. If you joined the Y during a special promotion period and took advantage of early registration for a program and you cancel your membership prior to the program start, your program enrollment may be subject to cancellation.
  • The Y offers a Virtual Y Membership! Workout anytime, anywhere with on-demand and live streaming classes. Les Mills, yoga, Total Body Fitness and much more. Want to hear more? Contact our Membership Sales team.
