YMCA Baseball

Baseball at the Y is an excellent option for families looking to introduce their children to the sport of baseball in a positive and supportive environment. YMCA baseball leagues emphasize teamwork and fair play, all of which are essential for success both on and off the field. With a focus on player development and improvement, YMCA baseball offers an engaging way for kids to learn the fundamentals of the sport while developing important life skills. In addition to its emphasis on sportsmanship and skill development, YMCA baseball also encourages physical fitness and helps kids develop a lifelong love of exercise through sports. By participating in baseball activities, young athletes can learn important life lessons and build a strong foundation for a healthy and active lifestyle.

Ages: 3 - 8 years old

Leagues: Aurora YMCA

  • Preschool Coed T-Ball
  • Kindergarten Coed T-Ball
  • 1 - 2 Grade Coed Coach Pitch

League Program Details: 

  • 6 Week Season
  • Preschool/Kindergarten Divisions will only meet on Saturdays for a short practice, followed by their game.
  • 1st/2nd Grade Coed Coach Pitch Division will practice on Wednesdays and play games on Saturdays.
  • Volunteer Coach Led
  • Practice & games will be held at Creekside Park at The Farm.

Equipment Needed:

  • Athletics Shorts/Pants
  • Tennis Shoes or Baseball Cleats
  • Baseball Glove
  • Jersey will be provided on the first day of games and first day of clinics.
