Senior Manager, Community Well-being
As a busy working mom of three school-aged kids trying to balance my career, home, relationships and my own well-being, I know first-hand how powerful health coaching can be. Working with a health coach gave me the space and support to clarify my thinking, identify priorities and create a plan to make changes and find balance in my life. I am now a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, trained in the Intrinsic Coaching methodology, with a master's degree in Public Health. I have been coaching individuals and groups through the YMCA’s Kickstart Your Confidence and Diabetes Prevention Programs for over 5 years and love the process of partnering with people to guide them in creating change in their lives. You can count on me to support you in setting goals and to be your accountability partner until your desired outcome is achieved.
Outside of the work I do at the Y, I love yoga, live music, skiing and hiking. I live in Denver with my husband, our kids and our dog, Piper.

I am a National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach with a true passion for helping people discover and reach their health and wellness goals. Trained in the Intrinsic Health Coaching method, I believe that health coaching is a partnership in which we build on your strengths to reach goals that are important to you. My focus is on listening and exploring what is valuable to you, then building a personalized road map together to get you there. I have a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology with many years experience in the clinical field in chronic disease prevention and management and fitness. I have coached the YMCA Diabetes Prevention Program, Kickstart Your Confidence and Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring Program.
After spending a decade in New York City as a professional dancer, I now live in Arvada with my husband, two college-age daughters and our dog Cam. We love exploring the great outdoors and all that our beautiful state has to offer.
