Y Your Way is for individuals, couples or households who want to create their own experience with their YMCA membership. With Y Your Way, enjoy all the benefits of premium YMCA membership plus Y programs and activities that typically have extra registration costs – all at one base price, with no additional charges. 

Sports Families: If you are interested in Y Your Way Membership and savings for Spring Sports, you must 1) Join as a Y Your Way Member and 2) Register for specific sports program. Otherwise your savings won't be applied!

Why Y Your Way? Because of you. You asked for more flexibility and personalization in your membership, and the ability to create your own Y experience with the programs and services that most interest you. 

Y Your Way Individual, Couple and Household includes all the benefits of Y-Premium membership plus

  • Access to program credits at no additional cost. 6 credits are “in progress” and 6 credits are “upcoming” so that you can register for programs immediately, but also upcoming programs. Each program below is 1 credit unless noted. 

Month-to-Month Option: Introductory rate of $146/month 

A yearly, pre-paid, non-refundable option is not available at this time.

Ready to Join?

New to the Y and want to sign up for Y Your Way? Great! Join Online

Are you a current member and want to upgrade to Y Your Way? Visit the front desk of your YMCA Wellness Center. If you are upgrading from another YMCA membership option, the Your Y Your Way membership will be effective immediately upon upgrade. Due to the program credit value, the monthly balance of $146 will be due. As a reminder, monthly membership dues are drafted on the first of the month. A five-day cancellation notice is required.

Here are the answers to some frequently asked questions about the Y Your Way membership.

Credits don't accumulate.

At any given time, you have 6 credits that are “in progress” and 6 credits that are “upcoming”. That way you can register for programs immediately, but also programs that are coming up.

No, because this membership option already factors in membership savings, discounts and scholarships are not available with this membership option.  

This membership option is for individuals, couples or households. The program credits are for the membership, so anyone on the account can use the credits.  

At least one person on the account must be 18+. 

Household dependents must be under age 23, living in the same household. 

Yes! Y Your Way Members are eligible for one month of membership at 50% off when they refer a friend to join! Members can refer up to 6 friends a year. Make sure your friend mentions your name when they join to get a month of membership for 50% off!

The programs available under the Y Your Way program are listed above.

Programs like summer camp, Out of School Time, swim lessons, Y Academy, Kickstart Your Confidence, Power Your Potential and Personal Training are not included.

However, as a Y Your Way member, you are eligible for member savings on these programs.  

Yes, your program credits may be used at any of our 6 YMCA of Metro Denver locations (Arvada, Aurora, Downtown, Littleton, Southwest and University Hills).

If you need to cancel a class or program you have registered for, you must go into your YMCA account and withdraw from the program.

Once you have successfully withdrawn from the program, check the status of your "in progress" and "upcoming" program credits to see your eligible credits.
