Community Health Screening - YMCA of Metro Denver
Hosted in partnership with DaVita and the YMCA Community Health & Well-Being team, a free health screening event offering blood pressure checks, kidney health education, and wellness resources. Participants will have the opportunity to connect with health professionals, ask questions, and learn about programs that support chronic disease prevention and healthy lifestyles. Those who qualify will also be able to enroll in YMCA health programs during the event.
You can help prevent kidney disease by:
- Lowering your blood pressure
- Managing your blood sugar
- Eating a kidney-friendly diet
- Making simple lifestyle changes

How:
Participants can stop by 10 AM - 2 PM during the event hours for screenings and educational resources. YMCA staff will also be available to provide program information and support on-site enrollment for eligible participants.
