The Littleton Family YMCA is dedicated to improving your health and wellness with a variety of fitness programs that can meet your needs. From group fitness classes to personal training, you will find the Y staff as supportive in your pursuit of wellness.

 

Cancer Fit

Through our Cancer Fit program we help cancer patient and survivors improve their physical wellness in a supportive environment. 

Coach Connect

For our members, Coach Connect is our free 90-day wellness program that helps you reach your fitness goals with the help of a personal trainer.

Commit To Be Fit

This ongoing 6 month program will match members up with a trainer and provide them with tools to maintain consistency in their workouts.  For only $50, the trainer will provide advice and will administer body composition tests throughout the 6 months to keep you going.

Fitness Classes

With over 60 fitness classes a week, the Littleton Y has a class that is perfect for you. 

Fitness for Active Older Adults

The Y believes fitness is achievable at any age and our programs and classes for 50+ prove it.

Fitness Assessments

This hour-long assessment will take baseline readings on multiple tests.  YMCA Step Up test, Push up test, Sit Up test, and the Sit and Reach test are all included.  You'll also receive blood pressure, heart rate, body fat percentage and BMI readings.

Massage Therapy

Feel good. Relax. Treat yourself. There’s no reason to wait for a special occasion to get a massage. 

Nutrition

If you want more information on Family Meal Planning, Different Diets, Personal Training/Nutrition Packages, and/or One-on-one sessions with a Nutrition Staff member, we have just the team for you!

Personal Training

Our certified personal trainers will provide the guidance, expertise and motivation to get you to your goals. 

Pilates Reformer

Strengthen your core and develop long lean muscles and flexibility.  

Wellness Resource Book

The Wellness Resource Book is a new addition to the cardio floor that is available for all members to read!  The book is full of informational and educational articles covering a wide variety of fitness topics.  If you are interested in taking any of the articles home, please talk to one of the Personal Trainers to get a copy!

Women On Weights

Join other women of the Y to build strength through Personal Trainer designed weight lifting workouts.   This class is held every Tuesday and Thursday from 11:00-11:50am.
