Restorative Yoga

In this class you’ll find balance of your spirit, mind, and body as you move through a sequence of five or six poses, supported by props that allow you to completely relax and rest. You’ll do light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends, holding each restorative pose for five minutes or more.
