A strong core is the vital ingredient for a strong body. And it makes you better at all the things you do, from everyday life to your favorite sports. In this 60-minute workout, you’ll use resistance tubes and weight plates, along with crunches and hovers, to build a strong core. Plus you’ll do hip, butt, and lower back exercises for an all-over workout.
