High-Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) is a proven way to burn more calories – and keep burning them even after your workout ends. In this 60-minute class, you’ll use dumb-bells, tubings, bands, and more in timed work and rest intervals. The cardiovascular training, and strength, plyometric, and functional and core training are ideal for any fitness level.
