This class features the classic movements of Pilates all performed on a yoga mat. Learn proper breathing techniques and develop your balance as you increase flexibility and improve your posture. You’ll strengthen your core and lengthen and tone your muscles. Pilates Plus has an aerobic warmup. Level I
