A low impact exercise class, set to music, using a variety of tools designed to increase muscle strength, balance, and range of movement for daily living activities. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are used for resistance. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support. The class is designed for active older adults. Class runs 55 minutes.
