Intro to Cycling

This group exercise class introduces the fundamentals of indoor cycling to a new rider, from setting up the bicycle to proper spinning technique. Using music, varying resistance settings and spin intensities the instructor guides the rider through a simulated outdoor profile to improve cardio respiratory fitness and endurance. Class runs 55 minutes.
