This is a new high-intesity class designed to get your heart rate up and challenge you to new levels in the water. Using the natural force of the water, students will increase core control, muscular strength and cardiovascular levels. Using a variety of workout techniquies and equipment, instructors will push your water aerobics experience to the limit!
