This energizing class consist of a variety of cardio endurance movements involving  jump ropes, BOSU, resistance bands, and weights may be used. There is music to get the class upbeat and ready for this high intensity workout. For all levels! Some benefits of high intensity training are improving the cardiovascular health, blood pressure, and aerobic and anaerobic fitness.
