This class is open to any fitness level! It is a challenge with a twist of fun. It is targeted as a strengthening and cardio class. This class consists of a variety of 1-minute stations using body weight and exercise equipment such as resistance bands and weights. If weather permits class may be taught outside as well. It’s a great way to get the heart rate up and the cardiovascular system flowing.
