Health & Fitness

The following is a sample list of programs that are available. You will need to check with your YMCA branch for class offerings, times, and dates. Not all classes are offered at every location.

Youth Health & Fitness

Our goal is to help with childhood obesity and set kids on the life long path of exercise. Youth programs include preschool recreation, dance, youth fitness, teen strength, swimming, sports and more.

We will allow youth to start working out in the fitness center in a safe and controlled environment. Below are the guidelines that must be followed in any of our wellness centers.

8 - 9 years of age may be able to use the fitness equipment after attending an orientation with a trainer or youth training class, and have received their certification card, which must be with them at all times while in the fitness center. Youth MUST be with a parent or guardian at all times.

10 – 15 years of age may be able to use the fitness equipment after attending an orientation with a trainer or youth training class and have received their certification card, and must have it on them at all times while in the fitness center.

We have a wide range of health and wellness options. Below is a sample of the classes that you will find at our facilities.
