Aquatics

For more than 110 years the YMCA has been a leader in aquatics and water safety nationwide. The YMCA of Metropolitan Denver has been providing aquatic programs to your local communities for more than 75 years; teaching thousands of children to swim and to be safe when playing around water.

We offer a wide range of classes and programs for all ages. Live the Y life in aquatics includes taking classes with friends. Learning how to swim is not just for kids, but adults as well. Become certified in CPR and First Aid, and even learn how to be a lifeguard. All this at one convenient location.

We have 4 indoor year-round pools located in Arvada (Duncan Family YMCA), Littleton (Littleton Family YMCA), University Hills (Schlessman Family YMCA), and Southwest (Southwest Family YMCA). See locations tab at the top for addresses and phone numbers.
